The biggest disadvantage of this house is that there is no good vantage point for viewing a good storm while staying high and dry. Not that we get many up here. But that just means that, when a good one rolls through, I want to see it all the more. If we were planning to stay here, I really would put up a nice deck outside the kitchen door, covered. I miss the deck in Austin.
