I really need to start watching my diet more closely. I’m not completely off the mark, but I could do better. Sure, anybody can always do better, right? The days I have managed to track my food all day, I’ve been a little short on protein and a little over on calories. Not too bad. I keep reminding myself that, with Liam, I gained 40 pounds, and I wasn’t tracking nearly as well as I am now. So it can’t be that bad. I just really want to keep everything under control.
