Pizza Crust (GF, Low Carb)

I have not personally tried this recipe yet, but it was highly recommended by another family I am friends with.

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.

Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese in a mixer until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.

Cover crust with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
